MUCK N BRASS

IMG_3342.jpg

Muck N Brass is a luxecycling company based in South East London, where I was the creative sidekick to the fabulous owner, Zoe Pocock.

Muck N Brass is renowned for re purposing skip worthy items by turning them into stunning desirable homewares. Alongside upcycling furniture, mannequins, animals and other crazy and wonderful things - Muck N Brass has a range of prints, soft furnishings, fabrics, workshops and wallpapers.

During my time at Muck N Brass, I was involved in many amazing projects such as: Grand Designs Live, a PR dinner for the British Heart Foundation, making furniture for Nando’s and featuring in BBC One’s Flipping Profit to name a few.

I was responsible for all the day-to-day workshop tasks - making and painting, admin tasks and all graphic design which included creating artwork for furniture, first draft wallpaper and fabric layouts, all decorative prints and the weekly subscription mail out.

My time spent at Muck N Brass taught me, not only technical and creative skills, but the importance of a positive creative space where ANYTHING is possible.
